“Super cool place BUT, the walls on the upper rooms are single wall i think because the guest in 201 i was in 202 arrived back from a party at midnight and not only could i see the light from her room in my bedroom i could hear every word she and the person she was talking to on the phone with for 45 minutes. It was terrible. Also I had the Ribeye steak for dinner and they put some kinda sauce on it that I did not care for. May be better on a weekday.”

“Bathroom wasn’t as clean and prepped as previous stay. Wasn’t awful, but hair was in the sink and less towels provided. Beds and room were and put together. Also, had to provide a credit card for incidentals where I didn’t need to prior stay.”

“Mount Shasta Resort was a wonderful experience for us all around. Our one bedroom lake view cabin was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. Each morning, I was able to sit on the deck and look out onto the amazing view and appreciate the peace and beauty of nature. We will definitely return!”

“I like to stay here when I am driving through. I appreciate the all-night front desk and the security detail in the parking lot. A comfy bed and clean. Just what I needed”

“It was an ok property. Check in was smooth, room was clean, but the pool - which is a big deal for my kids, was dirty, and had bugs swimming in it.”

“The toilet seat was poorly secured and at 4:30am I was sitting on the toilet doing my business, leaned right to get the toilet paper, the toilet seat disconnected from the toilet and fell on the floor to the left, I fell on the floor to the right injuring my arm and hitting my head. The front seat person was quite unconcerned, did eventually send a repair person to replace the unsafe toilet seat.”

“Great location we were traveling from Arizona to Oregon, it’s right off of the freeway. It’s located within walking distance of a couple restaurants. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet, breakfast had many options in the morning. My kids were excited about the indoor swimming pool, but when we went to go in, it was so so cold! We’re typically not wimps, but it was literally like an ice bath”

“Room was immaculate and well appointed. Fixtures and furnishings are modern. Comfortable bed, climate control was great. Check in and check out were easy/completed by phone/browser. Room was quiet and comfy. Lots of young families and solo travelers like me. Only thing I heard was the train horn. :) Highly recommended. I’ll be back in the fall when I come through to fish again!”
